What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Cash on Delivery isn't available at this time — all orders are prepaid.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Since merchandise goes into production quickly, we're unable to make changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Please double-check your size, address, and quantity before checking out.
I haven't received an order confirmation — what do I do?
Check your spam folder first. If you still don't see it within a couple of hours, email us at hello@kalachowk.com with your name and the email/phone number used at checkout.
Shipping & Tracking
How long will my order take to arrive?
Merchandise typically arrives within 5–10 business days after dispatch; the book Little Lost A Lot typically arrives within 4–8 business days. Delivery times can vary a little depending on your location.
Why did I get two different tracking links for one order?
If your order includes both the book and merchandise, they ship from different locations and may arrive separately — this is normal.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we only ship within India. International shipping may be added later.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email/WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange a t-shirt, mug, notebook, or tote?
These are made specifically for your order, so we can't accept returns for size or change of mind — please check the size chart before ordering. We do accept replacements for manufacturing defects, print errors, or damage in transit — email us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video of the issue.
Can I return the book?
If it arrives damaged or defective, yes — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Product Care & Sizing
How do I know what size t-shirt to order?
Check the size chart on the product page before ordering — since these are made to order, we can't offer exchanges for sizing after the fact.
How should I care for the printed merchandise?
Turn t-shirts inside out before washing, use cold water, and avoid ironing directly over the print to help it last.
