Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Merchandise items (mug, t-shirt, notebook, tote) are printed and dispatched by our fulfillment partner; the book Little Lost A Lot is shipped directly by us.
Delivery Timelines
- Merchandise: typically arrives within 5–10 business days of dispatch, depending on your location and courier serviceability.
- Book: typically arrives within 4–8 business days of dispatch.
- Remote or non-metro pincodes may take a few days longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp so you can follow it in real time.
Multiple Items in One Order
If your order includes both the book and merchandise items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days, since they're fulfilled from different locations.
Delays
While we work with reliable courier partners, delays can occasionally happen due to weather, regional courier disruptions, or address issues. We'll keep you updated if your order is affected.
